Toucan Property Services Ltd is proud to be the sponsors of Sidmouth Toucan netball team since it began in 2006. The team of local ladies, affiliated to England Netball, play in the summer and winter Honiton league and the Exmouth league. They were winners of the Honiton Summer Netball League, division two in 2009 and went up to division one for the 2010 summer league.
The team evolved from friendly turn up and play sessions at Sidmouth sports hall and they now continue to run the Saturday sessions, 5-6pm, from September to Easter. Anyone from year 9 upwards is welcome to turn up and play, a small charge is made to cover the hall hire costs, trainers and a drink are necessary. Toucan Property Services Ltd was one of eleven local businesses who sponsored a grand raffle to raise funds for the Rugby Pavilion at Sidford in 2010.
