Toucan is a well established local business with over 15  years trading experience. Based in Sidmouth, East Devon it is a thoroughly proficient, no frills, all round complete service for every aspect of property maintenance and home improvements. As the name suggests, Toucan is two people, Graham and Alexa Baker, who can cover a wide range of building trades and services however large or small a job.

Graham is a qualified joiner, carpenter and gas safe engineer. Graham has many years experience widening his range of skills in the construction industry, both on site and managerial, running a maintenance department serving over 2,000 houses for the East Devon District Council.

Alexa comes from a family building firm, so is well versed in all the intricacies involved in office administration, as well as being trained in all aspects of health and safety. Graham and Alexa work with a small number of established sub-contractors to complete a huge range of projects – from simple repairs to large scale construction.
